Ok, for those of you Kiwis out there struggling with pollen problems with your horses, get in contact with the two fabulous ladies at Naturally Equine on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island.

Last week Saffy's face was so swollen (especially below her lip) that I couldn't put a bridle on! I had thought it was grass and after criminal doses of Equiguard Pellets and no change, I figured it might be all the pine tree pollen around us.

Poor Saffy, her eyes were streaming, she was blowing out her nose all the time and she was just miserable, so emailed the girls at Naturally Equine with her symptoms and my credit card details and they sent out a special herbal blend for Saffy as well as bee pollen. Within 2 feedings of the herbs and bee pollen and her face had shrunk 90%, by the end of day 3 she is completely back to normal, no runny eyes and going great!!!

Jody they are awesome. Saffy is so hormonal and they have a hormone mare mix, but it has valerian in it, so they come up with a new liquid batch for me without it!!! You can go to their Naturally Equine Website
