I keep mine in the pantry in a glass container with lid! You know to only dish it out/use it with a plastic spoon as metal as bad aye? I put it in my cooked food every night and no cramps!!!! Just shake it up before you dish out!!!!

I put in on my eczema (using a cotton ball) and cleared it up in a couple of days!!!
