Okay where do I start

Correct turnout:

Rider - Jacket (Black, navy tweed), Beige
joddies, stock, hairnet Very clean tidy and non blingy -you dont want
take anything off the horse

Horse - Plaited (odd number plus forlock) pulled tail (or plaited)Shaped Numnah - Either colour of the tack or white - subtle as possible
Plain tack - You can have breastplate, martingale (Running or standing)
Boots are okay but better without - if you wear boots match your legs ie DONT use white boots
with black legs. Preferred flat cavesson bridle - but a
simple chain will be fine as long as its not too blingey

As a rule in SH less is best, as a rule they wont mark you down
for having more gear but it could influence the judge
if they are choosing between two

Dont wear a drop noseband of any shape or you will be eliminated
Once you have started cantering dont stop or you automatically score low
Big corners - use the whole arena
Horses tend to have a bigger stride towards a gate so push them out going away and
hold more going to the gate

Watch your diagonals whe you trot in

Its better to add a stride than leave one out as thats considered dangerous

If it is a training class you can do a change of lead via a trot
You can have a courtesy circle start and end
You dont need to salute beofore you begin (but follow that particular show ettiquitte)

I alway think that I have 100% then after that its up to me to keep it smile

HAHA I could go all day.... will find you the approved gear list

Haha thanks heaps=0)

I have a shaped black pad for him, and hes a show pony so everything will be neat and tidy! Front boots are plain leather without sheepy lining, so will use them an maybe leave off the back ones as black leather, but sheepy lined (white) . BP is black leather, but is a 5 point and has sheepskin on it, so guessing I should skip it?
Ridden in a snaffle, so thats all good.
Im just not sure I want to use my good show bridle in a jumping class (spot the showie) lol... but guess I could maybe change the browband, but will look funny with the rest of the bridle.... hmmmmm

Lord... I dunno if the rider is up for this after all... I didn't know we were going ALL out! crazy

After all this, it'll be my riding that lets him down (guaranteed) frown
