Someone just told me that in eventing they were not allowed to compete (at gear check) coz they had cast on their hand.

I need to find out if I can compete at NZEF run event (Canterbury A & P Show) in showjumping with a cast on my hand that can't be hidden with a glove.

Any info appreciated!
