Poor Saffy, knew she wasn't quite right as she'd been girthy for a few weeks but Tommy was away and then all the stopping at jumps over the weekend (not like her, except for liverpools hehe).

Took her to Tommy and she was so sore! I have been going to Tommy for years and NEVER seen Saffy this sore, she was so bad we had to twitch her, something NEVER been needed before.

She has until Friday afternoon off and then I can do the afternoon 1m class at Ashvegas. Tommy couldn't believe that she was jumping anything!!!

oooooh she was stopping at other jumps too?!!! You never mentioned that you noodle! LOL

Ooops, didn't I? I'm sure I did? Coz she was starting to stop at Oxers and that is what she did last year when she thought they had liverpools in them.

But yes, she was stopping at other jumps all weekend and was quite backward to ride!

How big a noodle am I? Hope it's a rice noodle as well.

well yes you said oxers but associated it to the liverpools... I can always do a quick pain check on them easy peasy if you think something is wrong, imagine starting to try to "school" her over liverpools thinking it was that issue when she was out, it would have made her worse!

but big ups to picking up something not right and getting her to see Tommy (lucky he was home!)

I still feel bad as I didn't realise she was quite so sore, but knew something was up, just had to wait for Tommy to get back. Well I actually tried someone else but that didn't work, I knew it wouldn't Tommy is the only one that can fix Saffy when it's her back.

Hadn't thought to ask you to do a pain check on Saffy... how dumb was that of me???!!!!

LOL don't sweat it chick, just make sure you remember even MORE fondly that great round she did with the liverpool in it now eh?!!! Since she did that even when in pain makes it even better

Horses are good at hiding the pain... agree with Ka raz - dont sweat it.... least shes on the mend now...
