Lets see if I can get this to work! so so SO proud of my wee Kai, if all Kai's were like him I'd have a hundred! (alas they're not hehehe but he IS typical of a GOOD Kai!)
the photos start at the muster, then in the yards in Auckland where the learning begins. His first outing to the Kai Family Fun Day where it was announced I was the new owner of him, being backed (all done by Ewine Equine Management in Helensville, Auckland, can't recommend them highly enough!)
Then I was up in Oct to make friends and meet him, and back up in November to get on him, so the first time I sat on him is there.
Then the day he came home to Blenheim in November, and 5 days later the first meeting of the boys in the backyard with no tape between them (as planned my boys were hungry so ignored him for their stomachs

)
He then had 4.5 mths off being ridden while we got to know each other, so long reined him again in Feb, and hopped on him 6th March 09. We were both ready then

It did however mentally exhaust him and he played dead in the paddock LOL.
His first float trip to an inhand show
His first hack out off the property.
He's wonderful
